Ibis Styles Chinon Hotel

The venue was clean and reasonably spacious. the hotel was in a quiet and perfect location so close to local attractions and nearby scenic areas. They offered us good meals, had a good choice of options to choose from.

Fantastic view of Chinon and its fortress. Nice balcony. Very quiet location, yet quite close to the town. Solidly-built rooms so neighbors cannot be heard. Heated swimming pool and attractive grounds. Free WiFi in the room. Surprisingly, the hotel dining room served a wide variety of gourmet-quality food at reasonable prices.

The decor is quite modern, albeit attractive if one likes bright colors.

Opt for a triple room that comes with a balcony for some outdoor chill time 🌳. the beds are super comfy, and there's also a lovely garden onsite. the staff here are really helpful and put in hard work to make your stay great.

Booked a room with pleasant views across to the castle. Genuinely friendly staff in all areas and the setting was excellent! Easily reached L'oceanic, located at a walking distance from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

Very nice and modern hotel, with clean contemporary rooms with all the services one need.

Hotel has been taken over by a group, and has become less personal. Although good services and clean rooms, the feeling of a chain hotel is very present. I heard that the restaurant used to be good, now its average in a very sterile flashy red and green design. We were prospecting to come with a group, but because of the lesser restaurant we did look for another hotel.

This was a very pleasant place to stay. The hotel was bright and modern. The swimming pool was warm. Our room had a balcony with views of Chinon castle. The hotel is a little out of the town, but the walk in took less than 10 minutes. The cost of breakfast was included in the price.

The reception did not have someone on the desk at all times. We had about a 5 minute wait to both checkin and checkout.

This hotel is very quiet and located in a pleasant area outside the town.

The breakfast selection was fantastic, the pool area was pleasant, and it's just a short walk to the town center, which is great.

By and large, it was relaxing base for sightseeing in Chinon, had much fun and met very very helpful staff in all areas. The room was warm and convenient, we could use an excellent swimming pool on-site.

The location of this place is nice, being close to the town center.

Lovely hotel, the receptionist was the best we have ever come across, a delightful, helpful young lady. Superb stay.
